GSC Grays are delighted to announce the appointment of two new directors, Tim Leonard and Lucinda Riddell.
Tim Leonard, who is based in the Stokesley branch of GSC Grays, is an experienced Estate Agent with 20 years residential property knowledge and a background covering both residential sales and lettings. Tim joined the then GSC Chartered Surveyors in 2009 and following the merger with Grays Chartered Surveyors in 2011, was appointed as the Branch Manager of the Barnard Castle office. He then moved, as Branch Manager, in July 2013 to head up the Stokesley office.
Prior to joining GSC Grays, Tim worked in London in both agency and property development. Starting as a Rental Negotiator in Mayfair, he then moved into Residential Sales throughout The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. After 10 years of life in the city, Tim returned to his North Yorkshire roots with his family and is very happy to be once more working in the area where he lived as a child and which holds a wealth of memories for him.
Lucinda Riddell joined GSC Chartered Surveyors in 2007. After leaving school, Lucinda studied Business and Agriculture at Bishop Burton Agricultural College before going on to Harper Adams to study for a BSc Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM), graduating in 2002. Lucinda subsequently worked for Smiths Gore in Newmarket, passing her APC in 2003 to become a Chartered Surveyor and also taking and passing her CAAV exams in the same year. Lucinda went on to work for Carter Jonas in Cambridge before moving to North Yorkshire to join GSC Chartered Surveyors.
In 2011, Lucinda moved from the Barnard Castle office to the Richmond office, where she manages a team responsible for single farm payment scheme / basic payment scheme and agri environment schemes along with landlord and tenant work and Estate Management. Lucinda’s role is extremely varied, as she also heads up the residential management side of the business and is becoming more involved in mentoring Graduate placement students and assisting with professional qualification requirements.
David Gray, Chairman of GSC Grays stated that he was “delighted that Tim and Lucinda have accepted our invitation to join us as Directors. We are very pleased that the firm is expanding its senior team and Tim and Lucinda have shown their loyalty and dedication to both the firm and their clients”. The changes also mark the upcoming fifth anniversary of the merger of GSC Chartered Surveyors and Grays Chartered Surveyors.
GSC Grays, one of the North of England’s largest independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land and Estate Agents, have a team of qualified chartered surveyors, agricultural valuers, auctioneers and estate agents and are extremely well placed to offer comprehensive advice and guidance on all property related matters.
