Our approach to training

At GSC Grays we take the development of our people seriously. Drawing on our in-house expertise and wider industry contacts, graduates can expect a thorough programme of training and mentoring support to ensure that all development needs are met.

We have a dedicated training committee with representatives from each department and also have APC assessors in our team. We encourage graduates to sit professional qualifications (such as APC and CAAV examinations) and ensure that they gain the greatest possible depth of experience and support to ensure a positive result. Structured training sessions and guidance is provided by both external organisations and senior members of staff who can also assist with technical specialisms where required.

WORK HARD, PLAY HARD!

There are many opportunities to take part in staff socials, whether as part of a company-wide event, or organised by individual offices and/or teams.

We also have monthly ‘Wellness Wednesdays’ which offer a further opportunity for staff to get together, away from the screen to take part in activities unrelated to our daily work.
