Caroline Bowerbank

CIPD
HR Manager

Caroline is an experienced HR professional who has worked in HR for over 20 years. She is CIPD qualified and has a master’s in human resource management.

Caroline has worked in a number of generalist roles covering HR, recruitment and learning & development. She has worked for the public sector, charities, outsourcing and has spent the last 7 and a half years working in professional services.

Caroline has overall responsibility for HR, collaborating with the business directors to develop and implement HR strategies and enhance people processes.

Caroline deals with the full range of HR issues including recruiting and retaining the best talent, engagement, wellbeing, development, performance, policies and reward & recognition.

I love the variety and the people I get to work with. No two days are the same in HR! For me its all about helping businesses to get the best out of their people so they can achieve their goals and objectives.
